This 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms house is located in downtown Bentonville, AR, five minutes from Bentonville square and Walmart Home Office. We did our best to make sure it is equipped with everything to keep the whole group of friends or family entertained.

The spacious living room has a large flatscreen smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a large kitchen, and a cozy dining area.Â
Through the door off the dining room, you will find the climate controlled garage that has been converted into a poker room. Past the poker room, there is a separate game room with classic arcade games and a ping-pong table.
Up the two stairs off the living room, there is a second full bathroom immediately on the right hand side.
The first bedroom is located immediately off the Livingroom, and has a queen-sized bed, a large TV, and a full bathroom with dual sinks in the bedroom.
The second bedroom, right past the bathroom, has two queen beds and a Roku Smart TV.
Across from the bathroom there is a third bedroom, with 2 full-sized beds and a smart TV.
Villa Bella has a large backyard, with plenty for everyone to do.Â
One of the main backyard features is a stone-laid pad for the hot tub, lit by an elegant giraffe statue holding a chandelier. There is also a romantic, two seater swing across from the basket ball hoop.Â
The other main feature in the backyard, it the beautiful covered pergola with outdoor seating, a gas grill, gas fire feature, and wood-burned weather vein in the floor. If a wood-burning fire is more your vibe, we have a fire-pit just behind the pergola.

Experience everything downtown has to offer in our private getaway located 3 minutes from the square, with convenient access to miles of scenic walking and biking trails, local restaurants, coffee, and Walmart supercenter. The hot tub, basketball hoop, romantic swing, and Pergola seating area with a grill are enclosed by a privacy fence, making it the perfect space to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The inside is complete with a pool table, arcade games, poker room, and private workspace.
