Amenity Instructions
XBox Instructions
- Power on the Xbox by pressing the Xbox button on the console or on the controller.
- Sign in to your Xbox account or create a new one.
- Use the controller to navigate the home screen and launch games or apps.
- Press the Xbox button to bring up the Guide, where you can access settings, messages, and notifications.
- Use the buttons on the controller to interact with games and apps. The A button is often used for selecting or confirming actions, while the B button is used to go back.
- To turn off the Xbox, hold down the Xbox button on the controller until the power menu appears, then select “Turn console off”.
Projector Instructions
- Connect the power cable to the projector and plug it into an outlet.
- Turn on the power switch located on the back of the projector.
- Use the focus ring on the lens to adjust the image to your desired size and clarity.
- Connect your video source to the projector using an HDMI cable or other compatible cable.
- Use the source button on the remote control or the projector’s menu to select the correct input source.
- Adjust the image position by using the keystone correction function on the remote control or the projector’s menu.
- Use the remote control to adjust the volume and other settings as desired.
- When you’re done using the projector, turn it off using the power switch on the back of the projector and unplug it from the power outlet.
Remember to always read the manual that comes with the projector for specific instructions and safety information.
Hot TUb Instructions
Remove the hot tub cover by lifting it off the tub and placing it aside.
Turn on the power to the hot tub by pressing the “Power” button on the control panel.
Adjust the temperature to your desired setting by pressing the “Temperature” button on the control panel. The default temperature setting is 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Allow the water to circulate for several minutes before getting into the hot tub.
Test the water with a water testing strip to ensure the chemical balance is correct. Adjust the chemicals if needed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Enter the hot tub slowly and carefully.
Use the jets to massage your muscles by pressing the “Jets” button on the control panel. Adjust the intensity and direction of the jets as desired.
Relax in the hot tub for up to 20 minutes at a time, or as long as you feel comfortable.
When you are finished using the hot tub, turn off the power by pressing the “Power” button on the control panel.
Replace the hot tub cover by lowering it onto the tub and securing it in place.
Gas Grill Instructions
To light a gas grill:
- Open the lid of the grill.
- Turn on the propane tank by turning the valve on the top of the tank counterclockwise.
- Turn the burner knobs to “High” and push the ignition button to light the grill.
- Close the lid of the grill and let it preheat for 10-15 minutes.
To turn off a gas grill:
- Turn the burner knobs to the “Off” position.
- Turn off the propane tank by turning the valve on the top of the tank clockwise.
- Close the lid of the grill and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes before cleaning it.
Smart TV Instructions
Turn on the TV and the Roku device. The Roku device should automatically connect to your Wi-Fi network. If not, follow the on-screen instructions to connect.
Use the Roku remote to navigate to the Home screen. You can do this by pressing the Home button on the remote.
From the Home screen, you can browse and launch apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video.
To add new channels, navigate to the Streaming Channels section on the Home screen, and search for the channel you want to add. Once you find it, select it, and then choose Add Channel.
You can also use voice commands to control your Roku TV. To activate the voice search feature, press the Microphone button on your remote and speak your search query.
To adjust the settings on your Roku TV, go to the Settings menu on the Home screen. From there, you can adjust picture and sound settings, enable/disable closed captions, and manage your Roku account.
To turn off your Roku TV, press the power button on your remote. Alternatively, you can use your voice to turn off the TV by saying “Turn off Roku.”
Mini-split Instructions
A mini split, also known as a ductless air conditioner, is a heating and cooling system that can be controlled via a remote control. Here are some general step-by-step instructions on how to use a mini split:
Turn on the indoor unit: Use the remote control to turn on the indoor unit. The power button is typically located on the top of the remote control.
Adjust the temperature: Use the up and down arrow buttons on the remote control to adjust the temperature to your desired level.
Select the operating mode: Choose the appropriate operating mode, such as heating or cooling, by pressing the mode button on the remote control.
Adjust the fan speed: Use the fan speed button on the remote control to adjust the fan speed to your desired level.
Swing the air flow: Use the swing button on the remote control to swing the air flow up and down.
Turn off the indoor unit: When you’re finished using the mini split, use the remote control to turn off the indoor unit.
Turn off the outdoor unit: Don’t forget to turn off the outdoor unit as well, which can usually be done via a breaker switch.
About the Lakeview hangar
Spaces
Entry Floor
In this house you enter on the middle floor, which has a beautiful living room with high ceilings and a stunning view of Beaver lake, AR, as well as a large kitchen and two separate dedicated dining areas. The middle floor has a large bedroom with a king sized bed, a sitting area to look out at the lake, and a full private bathroom. There are also two bedrooms with queen sized beds on the middle floor.
The balcony outside the livingroom on the entry level, has a gas grill and a full dining table and chairs.
Kids Room
If you go up the stairs off the dining room, you’ll find a hangar themed kids room. The kids room has two twin beds, and a full sized bed, as well as a private bathroom. There is a kids corner seat under the window, across from the Smart TV and Xbox, with provided games.
Bottom Floor
Down stairs from the dining room, leads to the bottom floor, which has another full kitchen, comfortable livingroom, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king sized bed. On the bottom floor Patio, there is a premium hot tub with a sublime view of the lake, and a projector screen where you can watch a private film.

The Lakeview Hangar
The Beaver Lake hangar has an incredible view of beaver lake, so you'll want to pack your binoculars. It's just a five minute drive from Lost Bridge Marina's boat rentals, fishing, hiking and biking trails. We included two kayaks and a paddle board for you to enjoy during your stay as well.
In the garage we put in classic Nintendo Arcade games, a multipurpose gaming table that can be a pool table, Ping-Pong table, or air-hockey table. Both living rooms are equipped with a premium gaming console, and highspeed ethernet. All of the TVs are Roku Smart TVs with access to Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Peacock, ESPN and even more streaming apps. We also put in a poker set and a few board games.
Beaver Lake is home to some of the most rare wild life and birds in North America, so we put the hot tub in a premium spot to be able to enjoy the stunning view of the lake or watch a movie on our giant projector screen while you soak. On the second back deck, we put in a premium grill and plenty of outdoor dining furniture so you can enjoy a meal with family or friends.
Sleep is key to a fantastic vacation on the lake, so we put premium mattresses and bedding on every single bed in the house. The Hangar room was set up with kids in mind. We named the lake house 'The Hangar' and designed the unique kids room to reflect the private airport's hangar, since this house is only 5 minutes from the private airstrip.
With two full kitchens, two dining rooms, an outdoor grill and seating area, separate hang out deck, two living rooms, and the gaming room this beautiful and unique space has everything you need to enjoy a really great getaway at Beaver Lake, Arkansas.
