This new century modern style house is the only house on Bentonville square that has not one, but tree outdoor terraces. We named this place the Rooftop Terrace for it’s unique rooftop patio with a smart TV, wood burning smoker, and bar seating area. The Rooftop Terrace is directly on the square in Bentonville, AR, just a short 3 minute walk to the square’s restaurants, bike shops, and more!

The climate controlled garage has been converted into a gaming space, that can also be a comfortable sleeping space for 2 – 4 people. The garage features two large flat-screen TVs, each has a PS5 and sleeper sectional that can fold out to a full-sized bed. This makes two matching spaces for gaming, lounging or sleeping.
There is also an NFL Blitz Arcade Game, NBA Jam Arcade Game, and Mortal Kombat Arcade Game. We also added a poker set, and darts. This space also has it’s own heating and cooling unit, which can be set to your comfort with a remote control.
The bottom floor bedroom has 2 twin bunkbeds, a kids chair, and a full bathroom.
The top floor has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, Roku Smart TV, full bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, and a bidet with a heated seat. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, Roku Smart TV, desk, and a full bathroom.
The second floor is a dedicated group space, with a large dining room table that has a removable top, with a pool table underneath. There is an extra large island in the kitchen, with plenty of barstool seating. The kitchen also has a gas stove and over with 6 burners, as well as a wine chiller and premium fridge. In the living room there are three Roku Smart TVs, surround sound speakers build into the ceiling, and custom lounge furniture. There is also a half bathroom on the second floor.
The top floor has a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa that lays out to a full-sized bed, a gas fireplace feature, and a Roku Smart TV. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and some spare laundry hampers.
Off of the second floor dining area, you’ll find a patio area with a gas grill, comfortable lounging furniture, a Roku Smart TV, and a speaker system that can be connected via Apple Airplay.
The third floor terrace is accessible either from the third floor living room or main bedroom, and it has a swinging reading nook. From there, you can access the rooftop terrace by climbing the spiral staircase.Â
On the rooftop, you’ll find a covered lounge, wood-smoker, Roku Smart TV, comfortable lounging furniture and bar seating. The rooftop Terrace also has an outdoor beverage fridge to keep your favorite drinks cold.
