This Treehouse was built as a retirement project by Mike Fitzgerald. It was designed to be a short term rental from the beginning, and includes two full houses, an outdoor kitchen, fenced in backyard with a pool, fire pit, hot tub, bean bag toss, bicycles and mroe!

The ground-level house has a full bathroom, full kitchen, arcade game room, and a Livingroom with a Play Station 5 and a pullout couch bed on the ground level. There is a spiral staircase off the kitchen that leads to the loft bedroom above, which has a queen-sized bed.
The Treehouse has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and Livingroom on it’s bottom level. There is a ladder leading from the Livingroom into the loft bedroom, which has a queen sized bed and half bathroom in the loft.
The Livingroom of the Treehouse also features a garage style wall, that opens up to allow you to enjoy the patio and Livingroom at the same time. Inside the Livingroom of the treehouse there is also a twin-sized murphy bed and a full-sized air mattress under the bench seat.
There is a bar cart and bar glasses, as well as a poker set for you to get the most out of your treehouse experience.
The outdoor area has outdoor speakers that can be connected to from an iPhone via Apple Airplay.
Just off the main house, there is a covered outdoor kitchen area with a gas grill and rotisserie, gas fireplace feature, a sink, mini fridge, and large custom wooden table.
The hot tub is available for use year round, and has 3 jet levels and water fall features!
We open the pool for the season in the beginning of March and close it at the end of November. We turn on the pool heater any time the daytime temperature is above 55 degrees.

The Bentonville Tree House is a magical experience. The ground level house by the pool has a loft bedroom with a queen sized bed, a queen pullout couch bed on the ground level living room, and a full bathroom accessible without stairs. The main house also has a full kitchen inside, and an attached kitchenette outside. Off the kitchen, there is a gaming room with classic arcade games and an in unit washer and dryer.
Out back there is a heated pool, hot tub, in ground fire pit, bean bag toss, 4 bikes, and sun loungers all enclosed by an iron fence.
The tree house has another full kitchen and full bathroom. There is a twin-sized murphy bed that easily pulls down, and full sized air mattress tucked away under the window bench seat. Above the living room is another loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a half bathroom in the loft.
